Thank you for choosing Veyora Yoga. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the rules applicable to payments, class cancellations, refunds, missed classes, and private 1-on-1 yoga sessions booked through veyorayoga.com.
1. Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund within 24 hours of making the payment.
To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be submitted within 24 hours of the payment.
- The customer must not have attended or participated in the purchased class.
- The booking must not have already been used.
Once a customer has attended or participated in a class, no refund will be provided for that class.
2. No Refund After Attending a Class
Once a customer joins or participates in the live yoga class, the payment for that class becomes non-refundable.
This applies even if the customer:
- Leaves the class early
- Does not complete the class
- Decides they no longer want the service
- Experiences dissatisfaction after attending the class
3. If You Miss a Live Class
If you have paid for a live class but are unable to attend, you may receive access to a recorded version of the class, where a recording is available.
Missing a class does not automatically qualify the customer for a refund.
The recording may be provided through the email address or WhatsApp/contact information provided during booking.
4. Cancellation Before the Class
If you wish to cancel your booking, you should contact Veyora Yoga as soon as possible.
A cancellation made within 24 hours of payment may be eligible for a refund, provided that the customer has not attended or participated in the class.
Cancellation requests made after the 24-hour refund period are generally non-refundable.
5. Private 1-on-1 Classes
Private 1-on-1 yoga sessions booked through veyorayoga.com are subject to the same general refund rule:
- Refund requests may be made within 24 hours of payment.
- The customer must not have attended the scheduled session.
- Once the private session has been attended or conducted, the payment is non-refundable.
Any specific cancellation terms displayed during the private-session booking process will also apply.
6. Class Rescheduling
Where possible, Veyora Yoga may allow a class or private session to be rescheduled.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and may not be available for every class or booking.
Rescheduling does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.
7. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Veyora Yoga
If Veyora Yoga needs to cancel or reschedule a class due to circumstances on our side, we may contact the customer using the email address or WhatsApp/contact details provided during booking.
Depending on the circumstances, Veyora Yoga may offer:
- A replacement or rescheduled class;
- Access to a recorded class, where available; or
- Another appropriate solution.
If a class is cancelled by Veyora Yoga and a refund is offered, the refund will be processed using the applicable payment method.
8. How to Request a Refund

Please provide the information necessary to identify your booking, such as the name used for the booking, payment details, and class information.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be sent back through the original payment method used for the transaction.
After a refund is processed by Veyora Yoga, the time required for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution.
10. Important Note About the 24-Hour Period
The 24-hour refund period begins from the time the payment is successfully completed.
For example, if a payment is completed at 3:00 PM on Monday, a refund request should be submitted by 3:00 PM on Tuesday, provided the customer has not attended or participated in the class.
11. Agreement to This Policy
By purchasing or booking a yoga class or service through veyorayoga.com, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Veyora Yoga reserves the right to update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
