For live online classes:

  1. Class details and the Zoom meeting link may be sent to the customer through WhatsApp and/or email.
  2. Customers should check their email and WhatsApp before the scheduled class.
  3. Customers are responsible for having a suitable internet connection and a compatible device to attend the class.
  4. Customers should join the class on time.
  5. Veyora Yoga is not responsible for problems caused by the customer’s internet connection, device, software, or other technical issues on the customer’s side.

4. Missed Classes

If a customer purchases a class but is unable to attend the live session, Veyora Yoga may provide a recorded version of the class, where recording is available.

The recording may be provided through the contact details supplied by the customer.

Access to recordings may be subject to availability and any applicable access period specified for the particular class or program.

5. Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 24 hours of making the payment, subject to the applicable payment processing terms.

Once the customer has attended or participated in the class, no refund will be available for that class.

Once a private session has been booked, the applicable cancellation and refund terms will apply.

Any special terms displayed at the time of booking will also apply to that particular service.
